Aeromagnetic Surveys

Ultralight Aircraft Surveying efficiently and economically covers smaller areas where helicopter performance is not needed, where ground surveys are more expensive and less effective, and where conventional fixed-wing aircraft are inefficient.

Helicopter EDCON-PRJ is experienced in helicopter aeromagnetic surveying in difficult areas.

Fixed-wing Aircraft  EDCON-PRJ works closely with fixed-wing operators to provide aeromagnetic services over large areas.

EDCON-PRJ provides a comprehensive program of assistance to clients planning to conduct an aeromagnetic survey. This extends from the initial design of the survey through the final interpretation.

Computed draped surfaces are available for all types of aeromagnetic surveys.  A detailed discussion of

Magnetic Survey Design is offered here.

Land Gravity Surveys

EDCON-PRJ land gravity services make full use of DGPS surveying technology and available DEM's for terrain correction, thus assuring the highest quality surveys.  Land gravity data acquired with DGPS and DEM terrain corrections are typically of significantly higher quality than most legacy surveys.  The added geologic detail revealed by modern surveys compared to legacy surveys is often dramatic.

Gravity and Magnetic Data Processing

EDCON-PRJ has earned a reputation for high-resolution processing of its own data as well as data acquired by others. Proprietary software combined with experience extracts the full value of any dataset.  Processing Services

Integrated Interpretation

The true value of gravity and magnetic information lies in its contribution to geologic decisions.

To make the best use of the geologic content of gravity and magnetic data, EDCON-PRJ offers interpretation services that integrate gravity and magnetics with seismic, geologic, and borehole data.
